$145 Individual (CPT code: 90837)
$190 Couples and family (CPT code: 90847)
Fees must be paid at time of session and cannot be billed directly to your insurance company. I can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company regarding out-of-network coverage verification for psychotherapy services with a LCSW.
